Sports Massage Therapist and final year Physiotherapy student! I am super excited to be joining the Limitless team and cannot wait to start helping people get back on track with their movement goals🌟

Aside from university, I love all types of dance and also have a first class degree in dance science and performance so you’ll often find me dancing around a studio somewhere or taking Pilates/yoga classes. That’s if I’m not on a coffee date with my partner and dog🐶.

I trained in sports massage as it benefitted me so much when I was studying dance. It is great at reducing pain, enhancing recovery and facilitating better movement. Physically and mentally allowing you to get back to the things you love, athlete or not.

Our team; A Sports Therapist, Physiotherapist and Sports Massage therapist will be on-site all weekend offering:

🩹 Kinesiology taping  🎯 Injury advice and performance tips
