Becky Edge

Founder & Owner
Head Sports Therapist

MSST
Pilates Instructor

I’m Becky, owner and lead therapist at Limitless Sports Therapy. I’m a fully qualified MSc Sports Therapist, a member of The Society of Sports Therapists, and a Level 3 Pilates Instructor, based in Wymondham, Norfolk. Alongside the clinic, I teach weekly Pilates classes and 1-to-1 sessions, and you’ll occasionally find me pitch-side supporting local football and rugby clubs.

I’ve worked in the sports and rehabilitation industry for over 14 years, with extensive experience in sports and remedial massage, and more than eight years practising as an MSc Sports Therapist.

Sport has always been at the heart of my work, and that background strongly shapes how I assess, treat, and rehabilitate my clients.

At Limitless, my focus is on helping clients move better, from the ground up. Whether you’re dealing with a long-standing issue or a recent injury, my aim is to reduce pain, restore movement, and build long-term resilience. I take a hands-on, movement-led approach, combining tailored rehabilitation exercises, manual therapy, Anatomy in Motion assessments, and RockTape application where appropriate. Education is a big part of what I do — helping you understand how your body works and how to prevent injury moving forward.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me training at the gym, spending time with friends and family, or planning my next meal — because good food is non-negotiable.

Charlotte Le-May

BSc Physiotherapist

HCPC, CSP

Sports Massage Therapist

I’m Charlotte, a fully qualified HCPC Registered Physiotherapist and proud member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, based in Wymondham, Norfolk.

Alongside my clinical work, I am Head of Medical for North Walsham Rugby Club and a Physiotherapist for Leicester Tigers Norfolk Division, so you’ll often find me pitch-side supporting players across multiple age groups and divisions.

I graduated from the University of East Anglia with a First-Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy. My passion for sport began at a young age, competing across a variety of disciplines, which naturally led me toward a career in sports and physiotherapy. Since then, I’ve been fortunate to work across clubs, schools, and competitive environments, supporting athletes at different stages of their sporting journeys.

For me, physiotherapy is built on strong relationships. Understanding each individual’s goals, challenges, and motivations is key to delivering effective rehabilitation. My own experience with a rotator cuff injury which meant a prolonged time away from sport sparked my fascination with anatomy, injury management, and rehabilitation. That period not only shaped my career path but also gave me first-hand insight into the physical and emotional impact of injury, strengthening my commitment to helping others return stronger and more confident.

Alongside my degree, I completed my Sports Massage qualifications and began working at Limitless Sports Therapy, during my degree before progressing into my position now within Limitless; which has been a natural fit for me. I share the same aim of helping clients achieve a pain-free state, improve their range of movement, and make pushing their body beyond possible.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me spending time with friends and family or exploring the Norfolk countryside — in my opinion, there’s nothing better than a pair of wellies.
