LIMITLESS SPORTS THERAPY TEAM

Becky Edge
Founder & Owner
Head Sports Therapist
MSST
Pilates Instructor

I’m Becky, the owner of Limitless Sports Therapy. I am a fully qualified MSc Sports Therapist and member of The Society of Sports Therapists, based in Hustle Wymondham, Norfolk. I am a fully qualified Level 3 Pilates Instructor teaching four pilates classes a week and 1-2-1 sessions. You may also see me running on the pitch to aid Wroxham Football Club players at their weekly football matches.
Having worked within the sports industry for over 13 years you may think that’s where my passions lie, and you would be correct. I have had 12 years experience as a Sports and Remedial Massage therapist and over 6 years as a Sports Therapist.
Within my clinic, my main aim for rehabilitation clients with chronic or acute injuries, is to achieve a pain free state with an increased range of movement. I also aim to help all my clients achieve a better understanding of the mechanics of their body and how best to prevent injury. I use a combination of rehabilitation exercises and hands on therapy to achieve this, combined with anatomy in motion assessments and rock tape application where applicable.
When I am not working I enjoy training at the gym, socialising with friends and family, and eating, as I am all about the food, because who isn’t?

Charlotte Le-May
BSc Physiotherapist
HCPC, CSP
Sports Massage Therapist
I’m Charlotte, a fully qualified HCPC Registered Physiotherapist and member of the Charted Society of Physiotherapy. I completed my BSc in Physiotherapy at the University of East Anglia graduating with first class honours. Alongside my degree I completed my Sports Massage Qualifications and started working at Limitless based at Hustle Wymondham, in Norfolk. In addition to clinic I am Lead Physiotherapist for North Walsham Rugby Club, as well as Leicester Tigers Norfolk Division so you may well see me running around Pitch-side aiding players across multiple ages and divisions.
My passion from sport and interest into pursuing a career in the sport and the physiotherapy industry came from competing in a variety of sports from a young age. I suffered a rotator cuff injury which resulted in a prolonged period of time away from being an athlete, which was my passion but started my fascination with anatomy, injury, rehabilitation and the role I could make helping others by pursuing this as a carer.
Working with Limitless sports therapy was a perfect fit for myself and I share the same aims as Becky to help clients to achieve a pain free state with an increased range of movement, allowing #pushingyourbodybeyond to be possible.
If I am not working, you will likely find me spending time with my friends and family or enjoying the Norfolk countryside as there is nothing better in my opinion than a pair of wellies!
